Where the Shop Came From

Iron + Grain launched out of a single-car garage in 2022 with one welder, a chop saw, and a project list that kept growing. The first jobs were shelving brackets for the house. Then a friend asked for a planter. Then a contractor needed custom panels for a commercial build. Word spread.

The owner is active duty military, which means the shop runs around deployments, training cycles, and family. That constraint built the discipline. Every job gets the same attention whether it’s one bracket or a full commercial run — because cutting corners on one job is how you lose the next ten.

Iron + Grain operates out of Charleston, SC and ships across the Carolinas and North Georgia. Lead times are honest. Pricing is fair. If something doesn’t meet spec, it gets remade.
